TLW Group, an expanding leader in road transport and supply chain solutions based in Luxembourg, is thrilled to announce the successful completion of its acquisition of LTLD SA from DB Schenker.
LTLD SA, a specialized road transport company operating in Luxembourg since 1999, focuses on high-volume low-weight transport, with a fleet of 40 Jumbo trucks and a significant number of regular subcontractors.
With this strategic acquisition, TLW Group solidifies its position in Luxembourg and as a key player in Western Europe while bolstering its portfolio of differentiated businesses. The addition of LTLD SA brings TLW Group's operational companies to an impressive count of 10, with over 420 dedicated employees. This expansion enables TLW Group to enhance its service offerings to its valued customers in the industrial sector, both existing and future.

During this significant transaction, TLW Group was led by Jeremy Windsinger and Andre Pesch, and received precious financial advisory support from KPMG Luxembourg, led by Jonathan de Hemmer Hamborg and David Santos. The financial due diligence was conducted by Olivier Lacour and Alberto Chocano and legal counsel was provided by Christophe Balthazard and Alix van der Wielen from Van Campen Liem.
EY Netherlands, under the guidance of Ernst-Jan Ottenhoff, offered sell-side financial advisory services, while legal advisory support was provided by Mathias Bülow from Flick Gocke Schaumburg on behalf of Deutsche Bahn and DB Schenker.
